The most important feature is that the classic layout of the program has been reversed, placing the garage in the upper volume in order to save the ramp. The design of the architecture responds to a minimalist and contemporary aesthetic, contains double heights and overflowing pool. The purpose of the house is to achieve cozy and spacious spaces.
