Premia de Dalt House (Catalonia)

It is a preliminary project of detached house of ground floor + 2 located in an urban lot of Premia de Dalt (Barcelona). The first step was to fit the house with the topographic difference, taking advantage of the advantages of a sloping land. On the ground floor is located the day plant linked to the terrace and the infinity pool. On the first floor is the floor at night with a balcony that links all the rooms. Finally, in a volume added to the deck, a study is projected with exceptional views towards the coast of Premia de Dalt.
